TREDIT participated in the 7th ECITL held from 5th to 7th of November 2014 in Dortmund, Germany. The 7th ECITL conference took place in the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (Dortmund, Germany). The conference was determinate by the overall theme how “ICT drives Transport Logistic Cooperation”. More than 100 participants from all over Europe, South Africa, South Korea and the United States enjoyed three days of presentation in conjunction with intensive discussion around the current topics in Transport Logistics, Supply Chain Management and ICT. Special focus was laid upon Intelligent Transport Systems, Intelligent Cargo, Electronic Freight (e-Freight and the Common Framework), Innovation in Logistics, Green Transport, Internet of Things. International speakers from industry, government and academia presented the State-of-the-Art and outlook for logistics systems in Europe.

TREDIT participated in the session “From good ideas to good products and services: ways of exploitation and commercialisation of R&D results” presenting “A cloud-based approach for efficient proof-of-delivery”.
