The project covers the support of the Integrated Thessaloniki Port Container Terminal Management Information System.
The main goal is the support by provisioning of Help Desk and on-site support.
A Help desk will provide the users of the system with the possibility to report any system malfunction and will also enable logging of any needed actions.

– Help desk and remote support of all modules of the Integrated Container Terminal management system at the port of Thessaloniki
– Restore of functionality in case of malfunctions
– On-site support on emergency cases
