The effective exploitation of the OSE property in Thriasio Pedio is a priority for the Organization. In this context, and according to the GAIAOSE appositeness for the utilization of the Organization’s properties, GAIAOSE undertook – after the relevant decision of the OSE board of directors – the elaboration of the necessary preparing actions so that the development of the property in the form of a cooperation between the private and public sector is feasible.
In this context GAIAOSE assigned the elaboration of the above-mentioned study aiming at the identification of the requirements of the private companies that will be interested in renting the OSE properties in Thriasio Pedio that will have building terms, access to road network and basic infrastructures for the satisfactory uses’ service that may be developed in Thriasio Pedio.
Role of TREDIT:
– Specialization of proposals of strategic study for the development of Triasio Pedio
– Finalization of the operational service model for the internal traffic and of the traffic flows expected in the Thriasio Pedio after the development of the land uses by the private companies
– Area building terms proposal
– Dossier preparation for the approval of the building terms from the proper Authorities
– Support to GAIAOSE for the approval procedures of the building terms and acceptance of the operational model of Thriasio Pedio
