The main objective of the consultant services is the effective support of the Administrative Authority of EPOALAA by the Consultant through the confrontation of issues regarding the rapid and imminent promotion of Road Safety Business Plan projects implementation.
Specifically, the provision of technical support for the organization of the Road Safety Business Plan monitoring includes the following thematic sections:
1. Support to the YPEHODE Road Safety Business Plan implementation, which includes:
– studies evaluation
– writing support and/or project requirements evaluation
– projects accession and implementation in the EPOALAA
2. Monitoring of the Business Plan implementation on a “daily” coordination level, which includes:
– Proposal submission instituting rules for the proper management of the physical and economical project objectives but also adjustments or potential corrections where necessary
– Application monitoring and planning observance, progress evaluation, planning management control
– Monitoring of the end beneficiaries obligations observance regarding the EPOALAA requirements as well as the information and publicity.
3. Editing and auditing updating of the Business Plan project Technical Annexes
4. Support to the Road Works Maintenance Dept. on issues directly related with the implementation of the Business Plan
