The study «The Multi Modal Transport Project” is a complete Master Plan for the development of intermodal transportation in Syria that aims at establishing the country as a “nodal point” in the intermodal transport system of the wider region by effectively connecting the Middle East to the maritime transport corridors of the Mediterranean Sea. The study is financed by the European Union on behalf of the Transport Ministry of Syria.
