The purpose of the project is the promotion of the business activity of target groups (unemployed, women, persons with disabilities) through the exploitation of the Athletic and Olympic infrastructure.
More specifically the project aims to:
– The creation of a cooperation network between the structures and sectors supporting entrepreneurship and structures supporting the target groups of the project in Greece and abroad. Through this project, the development and promotion of common methods and project groups will proceed.
– The selection, recording and description of basic characteristics of the Olympic and Athletic infrastructure in Greece with the target of new business fields’ and quality working positions’ nomination that will be placed first through the exploitation of this infrastructure for the development of entrepreneurship from the project’s target groups.
– The inspection of transportation capacity and adaptation at best business activity practices at the Greek reality with the examination of the entrepreneurship development models through the exploitation of the athletic infrastructure from the corresponding target groups at Sydney, Barcelona, Atlanta etc.
– The recording and description of basic business activities with the target of creating business activity profiles that can be used in specific categories of athletic infrastructures and are considered vital.
– The development of new tools (databases etc), of supporting information and consulting.
