The offered services of the Consultant include the following:
Α) Creation of files of works for the preparation of studies tenders . The Consultant supports the Department in the creation of files of works for studies of the Measure 9.1 of EP-OALAA, according to those forehanded in the article 4 par.1 of N.3316/05. Also, it will assist the Department in their completion and/or in their updating, during his contract.
Β) Preparation of Terms of Reference and Technical Bulletins of Work The Consultant assists the Department in the preparation of Terms of Reference for the competitions of studies that will be announced, as well as in the editing or even actualisation of Technical Bulletins of Work of the Measure 9.1 of EP-OALAA.
The Consultant use as a basis the standard copies of competition that have been drawn up and are been disposed by the G.G.D.E., depending on the procedure of competition that is followed each time. Also the Consultant will also assist the Department in the preparation/control of Terms of Reference for the competitions of contract works that will be announced after the realization of proposals of the above mentioned studies.
C) Review of studies The Consultant supports the Department in any stage of the studies by reviewing them. More concretely, the Consultant will participate in conferences with the Contractors of studies, review the deliverables, both for their on time submission, and for their technical sufficiency, as well as for the achievement of goals of studies and will propose to the Department probable corrective energies.
