The OSE railway stations network is placed among the greater real estate portfolio of the Organization and constitutes an important asset with great development prospects. These prospects arise through:
– The commercial stations evaluation which can be an important attraction pole for investment capitals
– The up-to-date projects financing tools entry into the real estate market, which also sets the requirements for attracting domestic and international investment capitals
In this context, GAIAOSE contributes in the formation of an integrated stations commercial evaluation program, which will reflect the real efficiency, value and prospects of the OSE assets that have been given to GAIAOSE for exploitation.
The outcome of the integrated stations commercial evaluation program is:
– The upgrade of the stations operation
– The increase in the stations commercial exploitation
– The ensuring of significant incomes for OSE
