The work consists in the construction of rail tracks, the infrastructure construction from concrete for rail tracks, the flooring (platform) construction from concrete for containers’ loading, unloading and distribution.
The company undertook to carry out:
a) a series of technical studies and drawings for the project construction
b) technical analysis of each project part, i.e. infrastructure works, installations, buildings, rail tracks, electro-mechanical installations
c) technical specifications and obligations for all project parts including the infrastructure works, installations, buildings, rail tracks and electro-mechanical installations
d) construction timetable
e) construction budget calculation
f) bid set up for the appointment of a contractor
g) offers’ evaluation, negotiation with selected bidders and advisory support on the project contracting with the selected contractor
h) on site construction management
