Layout design, operational organisation and construction management of the AS Logistics Centre

The specific investment is being undertaken by the AS Company AS (toys sector) and involves the development of a Logistics Centre, of 16,000 sq.m. built areas. Part of the centre will cover the company’s own needs, and part of it will be used as a 3rd Party Logistics Centre. During the design and organisation phase of the Centre’s development, TRD is responsible for: 1. The preliminary design of the investment, including: operational needs assessment and specifications definition, formulation of alternative development scenarios (site layouts, development phases, etc), preliminary development cost assessment, and Management Plan development
2. The layout design and operational organisation of the Logistics Centre, including: assessment of warehousing space needs, detailed design of the Logistics Centre, selection of appropriate storage and handling equipment, assessment of the relevant costs, main operational procedures documentation, definition of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
3. The construction management (including financial, technical and administrative management) of the project
4. Technical support provision during all phases of the project
