Maintenance and Support of Thessaloniki Port Container Terminal Management Information System

Customer: PORT ORGANIZATION OF THESSALONIKI S.A

Duration: April 2007 – September 2008

The project will provide maintenance and support services to ThPA S.A regarding the Integrated System for the Container Terminal Management as this has been implemented by TREDIT and is now fully functional in ThPA.
The provided services cover:
1. Recovering the software applications that consist the information system to their fully functional state in case of fault
2. Minor enhancements in software applications in case of THPA’s functionality possible future changes
Indicative services that shall be provided: a) Software application functionality faults that appear will be resolved in order to guarantee normal operation of THPA’s container terminal
b) Enhancements and/or updates of software applications (without altering the basic functionality that they provide), eg:
I) Automated procedure to cover the exchange of electronic documents regarding stuffing/stripping and customs control activities (COSTOR/COHAOR) II) Dangerous goods categorizing capabilities III) Advanced backup mechanism
c) Database maintenance and recovering
d) System migration and re-installation activities
Maintenance activities shall be provided either in the form of support by phone, through remote access to ThPA’s services or by TREDIT’s specialized personnel on-site.
