GAIA OSE is a newly established subsidiary of OSE, with main objective the management of OSE’s assets. GAIA OSE early recognized the need of an appropriate software tool able to efficiently handle all the information required for achieving their goal. This project intended to provide IT consulting to GAIA OSE in order to:
• Identify user needs
• Identify software characteristics (functional and not) of the suggested software
• Collocate the suggested software, and finally
• Evaluate the suggested software to user needs.
